Widalys Santiago has a B.B.A in Management from Clayton State University and is currently working on her MBA in Organizational Management at Georgia State University. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Widalys spent almost four years at Georgia State University's Advisement Center where she helped lead student success initiatives which increased student retention and graduation rates. She is passionate about engaging and informing students of critical success factors within their undergraduate programs which will enable them to enter and thrive in the workforce. Outside of working in higher education, Widalys is passionate about the makeup and skincare industry and runs a small business called Dalys Does Makeup where she serves as a makeup artist for various special events.
