To uphold the mission, OUE performs the following functions:
- Creates new curricular and co-curricular activities
- Advocates for undergraduate students and their academic concerns
- Manages institute policies affecting undergraduate students
- Ensures student success through advising,
tutoring and support - Helps students utilize resources for exploring and pursuing meaningful careers after graduation
- Enhances and coordinates intellectual development, experiential learning and faculty/student interactions
