The 2024 Fall All-Majors Career Fair, held September 9-10 at the Campus Recreation Center, once again proved to be a vital event for students and employers alike. Over the course of two days, 8,891 students attended, eager to connect with 278 employers representing a wide range of industries.
The Fall Career Fair remains the largest of its kind on Georgia Tech’s campus, offering students from all majors and degree levels the opportunity to explore co-op, internship, and full-time job opportunities. Companies in attendance ranged from Fortune 500 corporations to innovative startups, with participants such as Sage, Amgen, Southern Company, Norfolk Southern, Workday, FM, The Clorox Company, Cox Enterprises, Alex Lee, Inc., Golden State Foods, Lockheed Martin, Andersen Corporation, Apple, Verint, KLA, Neptune Technology Group, and Shell.
In preparation for the event, many students took advantage of additional support offered by the Career Center. A total of 986 students participated in in-person resume reviews conducted by employer representatives, while 603 students opted for virtual resume reviews and mock interviews. These sessions provided valuable feedback and practice, helping students present their best selves to potential employers.
As in previous years, the Career Center is collecting feedback from students and employers to continually improve the experience. Employers in particular have praised the professionalism and preparedness of Georgia Tech students.
The Career Center extends its gratitude to all the employers and students who made the event such a success and looks forward to welcoming them back in future semesters.
