OUE is pleased to welcome Elizabeth Reese as the new Program and Operations Manager for the First-Year Semester Abroad (FYSA) program.

Elizabeth brings experience in international education, program management, recruiting, and student advising to her new role. In her previous roles as Education Abroad Coordinator and Global Internship Advisor in Georgia Tech's Office of International Education, Elizabeth worked with the FYSA program as a co-instructor for FYSA’s Global@Home GT 1000 course in 2022 and also has experience working with many of FYSA’s various campus partners. 

Elizabeth joins OUE after nearly four years in Georgia Tech's Office of International Education where she served as an Education Abroad Coordinator and, recently, a Global Internship Advisor. There, she supported students and their ambitions in pursuing global opportunities. Prior to her time at Georgia Tech, she served as an Admissions Recruiter at the University of West Georgia. Elizabeth is excited to blend her knowledge of international education and working with first year students in the role as Program & Operations Manager of GT's First Year Semester Abroad Program. 

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts in International Economic Affairs at the University of West Georgia. She will be receiving her Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership Development from Clayton State University in December 2023.
