On June 18, 2019 Summer Session Initiatives (SSI) hosted the 2nd annual "iGniTe Welcome" for all iGniTe students, faculty and staff. The event included warm welcomes from Provost Bras, Dr. Steven P. Girardot (Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education), and Dr. De Morris Walker (SSI); dinner for students and staff; and a time to hang out in the Tech Rec.
This year's event was held in the Student Center ballroom and nearly all 500+ incoming first-year students attended.
There will be a closing event for the semester on July 23rd at 5pm, in the Ferst Center lobby. Students will have a chance to display projects and showcase the work that has been completed in the past several weeks.

iGniTe Move-In Day
