With classes back in session for the 2024 fall semester, the Georgia Tech campus is buzzing with activity. From student organizations to games and campus events, there’s always something to do as a Yellow Jacket outside of class. Here in the Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) we have our own robust calendar of events, workshops, and informational sessions to help you excel academically and professionally throughout the term.

Fall 2024 All Majors Career Fair – September 9-10

Get your professional feet wet with networking opportunities at Georgia Tech's largest career fair! Companies who attend the fair are looking to hire for co-ops, internships, and even full time positions. Last year the Fall All Majors Career Fair hosted over 300 employers and over 8,000 students attended. Be sure to stop by the fair and don't wait to reach out to the Career Center for help with your resume and interview skills to make sure you're putting your best foot forward.
Applying to Grad School Week – September 16-20

For students thinking about pursuing a graduate degree, Applying to Grad School Week is a series of virtual events designed to help you learn more about applying to grad school and becoming a grad student. Through information sessions, panels, and a writing workshop, you'll become more prepared when you apply. Attend as many events as you can!

Studypalooza – December 4
Hosted by Academic Success & Advising
This all-day study session is designed to foster a collaborative learning environment where you can tackle posted problem sets as you prepare for final exams. Teaching assistants, PLUS leaders, tutors, and instructors are available throughout the day to help you get ‘un-stuck’ as you work through the study guides. Over a thousand students attend these sessions each semester!
