Undergraduate Transformative Learning Initiatives is excited to announce the opening of applications for the Transformative Learning Fellows Program. This program is designed to empower OUE members to create and implement innovative projects that provide transformative experiences for high-priority undergraduate students at Georgia Tech.
Program Goals
The Transformative Learning Fellows Program has three main objectives:
- Support Fellow Projects: Each OUE Fellow will receive support to successfully implement a transformative project for undergraduates.
- Engage Undergraduates in High-Impact Practices: Increase the number of high-priority undergraduates who engage in high-impact learning practices.
- Foster Career Growth: Provide each Fellow with an opportunity for professional and career development.
Project Examples
Past projects have included:
- Introducing financial literacy education and tools to students.
- Completing specialized training courses to enhance skill sets in student services.
- Implementing techniques to reduce stress and increase wellness among students.
We welcome creativity and encourage all projects that aim to serve high-priority students. Fellows will have full autonomy over the projects they choose to scope, develop, and implement.
