On Wednesday, January 31, 2024, the Undergraduate Transition Seminars program held its Spring Kickoff for Instructors and Team Leaders. This event was an opportunity to bring together instructional team members to talk, share ideas, and learn about upcoming professional development opportunities as spring semester commenced.

Featured during the drop-in event were the program’s new vision and mission statements, the continuation of the Reading Circles reading group program for G. Cohen’s Belonging, and the launch of the 2024 Belonging Bonus program initiative, which encourages instructors to create and engage their students in community-building activities. The event also marked the kickoff of recruiting season for GT 1000 and GT 2000 instructors and Team Leaders to serve in academic year 2024-25.
