It is my pleasure to announce that Crissandra (Criss) Miller will begin a new role as Senior Program Manager/Assistant to the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE), effective December 1.
In this updated position, Criss will provide high-level administrative and project support; manage and coordinate special initiatives for the VPUE; assist with committees, programs, awards, and meetings/events; coordinate leadership searches; and serve as a member of OUE’s senior leadership team. She will continue to be my primary point of contact for scheduling and other executive support and will report directly to me.
Criss has over 15 years of professional experience with executive support. She has worked with Georgia Tech and OUE for several years, which include her position as the Assistant to both the VPUE & AVPUE from 2015-2018, and then she rejoined us in Fall 2020, working directly with me. During the past two years, she has been a tremendous asset to our entire team as we have navigated the pandemic and leadership transition in both OUE and the Office of the Provost. She has a reputation for her positive and “can do” work ethic; attention to outstanding customer service; and reputation for getting things done. She earned her B.S. in Organizational Management from Morris Brown College and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Shorter University.
Please join me in congratulating Criss on her new role as Senior Program Manager/Assistant to the VPUE. I am very excited to continue working with her.
