OUE is proud to announce that Olga Kotlyar has been promoted to Administrative Manager II in the Georgia Tech Career Center, effective August 1, 2023. Olga joined the Career Center in 2019 as an Admin Manager I and has been a vital part of the success and expansion of the program.

She joined the Center for Academic Enrichment (now known as Experiential & Engaged Learning) as an Administrative Professional Sr in 2018. Olga is a graduate of Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel and MBA from Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University (expected graduation date of December 2023).

In her capacity as the Admin Manager II, Olga currently reports to James Barricelli, Executive Director for the Career Center, with a dual report to Mysty Connelly, Assistant Director for Administrative Operations in the Office of Undergraduate Education.

Olga is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the Career Center, oversees the financials, human resources, student hiring, management of the Campus Closet Program and supervision of the Career Center administrative team. She is also a member of the Sr Leadership Team in the Career Center and develops and leads all administrative processes in compliance with USG and Institute policies and procedures.
