Director, Undergraduate Analytics & Planning
Dr. Lacy Hodges joined the Office of Undergraduate Education in 2014 as the Prestigious Fellowships Advisor before transitioning to a role leading Georgia Tech’s Undergraduate Transition Seminars, GT 1000 and GT 2000 in 2015. After overseeing the GT 1000 and 2000 program for seven years, Lacy transitioned to her current role in OUE as the Director of Undergraduate Analytics and Planning in 2022. Before joining Georgia Tech, Lacy served as an Assistant Professor of English at East Georgia State College.
As Director of Undergraduate Analytics and Planning, Lacy provides leadership for data governance, program and unit assessment, and SACSCOC accreditation processes for OUE. She also leads curricular analytics projects across the Institute and works closely with campus stakeholders to analyze curricular pathways and develop recommendations for increasing student success metrics. She has extensive experience with undergraduate student success initiatives, including Complete College Georgia and USG Momentum Year. Lacy is also active in faculty governance, serving as Central Administration Services Representative for both the Academic Faculty Senate and the Faculty Executive Board.
Lacy earned her Ph.D., M.A., and B.A in English from the University of Florida.
